Losing that fat today or tomorrow enough excuses

Its been many a times i have started running, brisk walking etc thinking taht it would be time when i get to my desired size but what happens is right around the corner , their is a party, have to travel for business needs, someone not well ahnd they need your time etc etc. These excuse s are enough to put anyone to shame who have tried but haven't quiet achieved what they are after, in terms of weigh and fat.

Bug i guess with the effort of actually moving your body and trying to burn that fat you should actively follow some diet regimes, consciousness towards eating as only firing up the engine both ways gone work for you and me ;)/.

Can you stay without sugar

All most all of us are fond of sweets, isnt it? well if you answer is yes, you would love to get your hands on choclate mouse right now , i bet.If you answer is no, then probably you are weight conscious, old(sorry!) or just belong to the fringe of the population who just dont prefer sweets.

It is true that our body needs sugar, and is so commonthat that many people have actually known to have fainted because of low on sugar(diabetic). This is just to tell you how important sugar level is in our body. THus, the point stands can you actually stay without it or not?


I know i cannot? People who eat desserts after food have been know to gain reasonable fat than people who eat sweets fruits (sweet fruits) after dinner as fruits contains natural juices which optimise the sugar level organically and are easily absorbed by the metabolism process which kicks in when foods is used up mby the body.

Thus, if you really want to eat sweets stick to natural fruits to ease your taste buds rather than those big chocolate bar, well same goes for me too ;-)
