Is excersise the key!!!??? Think again



Are you sure that the eating balanced diet and excersing is the key to low fat and toned body. I guess its main idea is surely to lose weight but one of the key factors which almost every one forgets is the control over heart :-).

If you can control you desire to eat something which you really like than yes, you are capable of getting that dreamy figure without much effort not because you won't have to do it but because all the other things would be of less stress for you rather than doing strenous excersise. Thus, eliminate the fear and restriction because if you have to forcefully make your self not to eat a particular thing then your urge will pressurise you until you have the bite of that thing. So controlling feelings and desires is the key to slim body and to lose thoise extra flabs.

I also think that instead of doing some boring excersise you should rather do something you like which in turn will also help burn some of those calories. Example swimming, skipping rope, playing with children and simple walk in quiet and green garden this will not only help you to do more but it will also assure that you will not be exhausted after your workout. Dancing is also a proven great stress and fat burner thorugh which you can have a fun time along with some fat reducing moment for your body , this will also increse in flexibility.

Don't worry about the weight of your body you should enjoy what you are doing as it is the key for losing those extra fat and getting you a slim body.
